STEP ONE
KH Google Ad Prep Process
This is the exact process you can expect from your KH Experience. We are very structured to make the process easy, enjoyable and collaborative!

After the contracts are signed, the first month is paid we are ready to officially get started! You do some prep-work, we do some research and the KH Team will develop a custom Google Ads Strategy. This is where it all begins so let’s leap in nail those keywords!

Your strategy is ready, so let’s review and collaborate to make sure we have all the essential keywords ad industry insights!
You’ll receive this as a collaborative Google Doc so that you can make changes and suggestions. Only YOU know your brand best, it’s our job to back it up with solid research and budget testing.

This is where the magic is realised - we do the work, you enjoy the benefits of having a go-to studio managing your Google Ads and getting you the results you need. You will see the leads generating and because we’re a full-serviced studio, we can even support you to make sure that you have the right process in place to convert your leads. Our ultimate aim is to make the most of your impact!

This is where you really get to experience the #KHDifference, we really are here for YOU. Every month you will get to have a chat with the KH Team and talk about how many leads your generating, what your internal conversion strategy is, and new ideas we can add in to optimise your ads month after month. (Yep, we’ll literally hand you a monthly report!)

Every month you will be able to see the leads flowing into your business from your ads, we’ll track the data and populate it in a Report that we sent to you each and every month!

We work Monday to Friday (within business hours - 9am to 5pm). However, your ads will most likely (depending on your strategy!) run 24/7. We will always get back to you within 1-2 business days.

Keep in mind your original package and what it includes. eg. Do you have the addition of new ad sets and audiences each month? Or are you just on an Optimise-only plan? Additional fees may apply with new requests or changes.

STEP TWO
The ‘Get started’ Questionnaire
Let's establish what your vision is, so we can uplevel it & launch it! We’ll also need the essentials so we can access everything and start onboarding you officially.
Allocate 10-15 minutes to read your questionnaire and write your answers and follow the next steps in 2.1
2.1 Setting up your GOOGLE AD ACCOUNT
Your ad budget is not included in your fee.
You will need to allocate a preferred amount for your monthly ad budget in writing so we can ensure that we are working within your budget. We will also need a credit card on file so that Google can charge your Ad Budget directly.
You will need to provide your credit card details either over the phone or in-person.
Please note: we do not make a commission on your ad budget.
STEP THREE
Monthly Feedback + Reporting
Each and every month, you will recieve a Virtual Report with a full breakdown on your Google Ads.
PLEASE NOTE: If you would like a monthly or bi-monthly meeting, the best time for your monthly meeting is the 1st or 2nd week of the month. We are then able to reflect on the previous month, give you a detailed review, and start the planning for the 1-2 months ahead.
