Strategem Financial Services, a financial advisory firm with a proud history dating back to 1932, partnered with us to take a holistic approach to their entire digital ecosystem. Since July 2020, we’ve worked as an extension of their team, effectively replacing the need for an in-house marketing department. Regular brand photography sessions in Bendigo and Melbourne keep their visual content fresh and relevant, ensuring their brand stays top-of-mind.
In the last 12 months, our focus has shifted towards enriching the client experience. We’ve created a client portal on their website, streamlined the onboarding process, and developed a complete online booking system that has significantly systemised their internal administration. Additionally, we helped launch their new podcast, providing another platform to connect with clients and share valuable insights.
