STEP ONE

KH Social Media Prep Process

This is the exact process you can expect from your KH Experience. We are very structured to make the process easy, enjoyable and collaborative!

Next Steps:

  • After the contracts are signed, the first month is paid we are ready to officially get started! You'll receive some prep work, we'll have a 2-hour Marketing Strategy Session, we'll book any photoshoot/content creation dates and start putting together your official Marketing Plan. This process generally takes 3-4 weeks.

  • Your strategy is ready, so let’s start prepping your content! The KH Team will pre-plan your first month of Social Media content and visuals and send it to your team for review. We'll complete any revisions and celebrate when we have your approval!

  • This is where the magic is realised - we do the work, you enjoy the benefits of having a go-to studio managing your socials. You will see the posts unfold and the engagement just happen, all you will have to do is trust that your marketing is handled, sit back, relax and make the most of the KH social impact!

  • This is where you really get to experience the #KHDifference, we really are here for YOU. Every month you will get to have a chat with the KH Team and talk about what you’re loving, what needs improving, how your audience is responding and all that good stuff so you are constantly upleveling (yep, we’ll literally hand you a monthly report!)

  • Each quarter we'll review your digital presence, make strategic moves to optimise it and we'll book in any additional content creation or ad-hoc updates that are needed. This is where our Digital Support Add-on makes the most impact to your overall KH Experience.

Fine print:

  • Don’t forget that you will be receiving everything (Marketing Plan, Content Plan - including the captions, hashtags, graphics and images!) on the platform, and in a Google Drive folder each month so you can re-purpose anything we’ve created for you.

  • For this to work, we NEED open and honest communication, we’re here to help you uplevel, so let us! Anytime you have a question or feedback, please reach out via Facebook or Email.

  • We will post on your behalf, Monday to Friday (we can schedule any posts within 7am to 8pm, however our team will only be available 9am-5pm business days).

  • We are always very transparent if anything falls out of scope. If it's not included, we'll tell you. Don't hesitate to ask though!

 

STEP TWO

The ‘Get started’ Questionnaire

Let's establish what your vision is, so we can uplevel it & launch it! We’ll also need the essentials so we can access everything and start onboarding you officially.

Allocate 10-15 minutes to read your questionnaire and write your answers and follow the next steps in 2.1

2.1 PAID MARKETING FOR SERIOUS BUSINESS OWNERS

Are we also managing your Facebook Ads and Boosting?

Great! Then we will also need access to your Facebook Business Manager. This process is a little technical so we’ve made it easy by giving you step-by-step instructions. You’ll need to complete the below if you already have a Business Account (Meta) and Ads Account, however if you don’t have either then we will help with the process and we will do it for you.

STEP THREE

Monthly Feedback & Reporting

PLEASE NOTE: The best time for your monthly meeting is the 1st or 2nd week of the month. We are then able to reflect on the previous month, give you a detailed review, and start the planning for the 1-2 months ahead.
